wow, okay went dental again today
for cleaning! yay.
and retainers. boo.
so yes, cleaning was much better than i expected.
it was scaling and polishing and some flouride thing.
and i was quite scared for scaling actually!
cause i remember in primary school.
when i was primary 2 or 3.
there was this girl before me!
she had to do scaling.
it was reaaally bloody and she was crying!
yeah, that scarred and scared me.
then chinghan said there would be alot of blood.
and i hate blood.
BUT there was no blood at all!
there was nothing at all!
not pain either.
just some weird vibrations.
and opening my mouth was tiring.
so yeah, scaling isn't bad!
i'm just really happy there wasn't any blood.
or it would have been disgusting.
after she was done doing the scaling
and had to rinse, i kinda was expecting bloody red stuff.
but it was just water.
yay.
then she sprayed some weird stuff on my teeth.
like quite alot of it.
and it tasted really disgusting!
it was sour or something.
i think that was the polishing.
weird.
but i THINK my teeth are cleaner now?
it had better be!
that thing was disgusting spraying all over me.
thennn there was the flouride.
ok, i think that was the worst one.
that was seriously disgustomania.
it was some teeth trayish thing,
and there was some gel on it.
i had to bite on it for about a minute.
and eugh, tasted disgusting too.
but! the horrible thing is!
that i couldn't rinse or do anything to my teeth for half an hour.
i wasn't allowed to let anything else go into my mouth
the only way to remove
the flouride was to spit it out):
but with no water!
only my saliva!
that was a horrible experience.
i like to gurgle, ALOT.
i need to!
the dentists never gives me enough water to rinse my mouth.
i cannot stand having foreign objects/substances
in my mouth.
it has to go!
that thing had better made my teeth clean!
i hate yellow teeth.
i want some whitening.
haha, i want zoom!
stupid advert keeps playing in the dental clinc.
anyway,
retainers suck!!
omg, they are definitely worser than braces!
the discomfort isn't thaaat bad.
it's just that retainers are so friggin troublesome.
you can't eat with retainers.
so you have to take it out.
but after you eat and before you put it back on,
you have to clean your teeth!
otherwise, that'd just be gross.
eurgh, and your teeth would become so dirty!
and decay and rot!
so now, every friggin single time i eat,
i have to brush my teethhh!!
that's like at least 4 times a day.
and i'm more of a snacks person.
i eat little by little.
so that's like crazy!!
every time i eat something!
i have to clean my teeth and my stupid retainers!
and my retainers had some
weird small black spots/small lines on it!
before i even got to wear it!
why does it have black stuff?
not noticeable but i saw it!
omg, the retainers are so lousy!
what if that dirtiness spreads to my teeth!!
so i spent like half and hour trying to brush it off.
but nothing happened!
oh man, so angry.
stupid retainers weren't even clean to begin with,
how am i supposed to keep them clean!
ugh.
i hate crooked and dirty teeth.
and i hate people with them.
hehe, hint hint.
the person with the WORST teeth ever.
i think i'm quite a teeth freak now.
it is good anyway.
